Train strikes racing hauler in Tennessee
A train collided with a racing hauler in Trezevant, Tennessee. The trailer was hauling a racecar in the incident.

The crash occured around 4:00pm on Friday afternoon. According to reports, nobody was injured in the incident.
The hauler was attempting to cross the train tracks when the hauler was high centered. It was struck as a train approached.
The truck of the racing hauler was not occupied at the time of the crash.
CSX comments
CSX issued the following statement:
“At approximately 4:42 p.m. ET on Aug. 15, a CSX train came in contact with a semi-truck located near West Main Street in Trezevant, Tennessee. Carroll County first responders were immediately notified,” CSX told WBBJ.
They added, “There were no injuries to the train crew. The cause of the incident is currently under investigation.”

According to reports, the hauler was operated by a dirt sprint car team.
