Santa Maria youth ages 8 to 17, are invited to register for a friendly and competitive Youth Cornhole Tournament to be held Sunday, July 13, at the Hagerman Sports Complex.
Hosted by the Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department, the tournament is billed to promote teamwork, active play, and neighborhood pride in a safe and structured environment from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event encourages outdoor activity, community engagement, and youth recreation, aligning with the City’s vision of building a Smart and Safe City.
Age-based divisions will ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, whether new to the game or experienced players.
The tournament will follow a co-ed doubles format, with a three-game guarantee for all teams. Music, snacks, and fun activities will be available between rounds. Prizes will be awarded to the top-performing teams.
The registration fee is $15 for City residents and $20 for non-City residents. Advance registration is required, and space is limited.
