Rose Bowl Stadium is set to be integral to FIFA’s new international club showcase, hosting six games featuring some of the most distinguished soccer clubs in June 2025.
This tournament represents FIFA’s inaugural expanded club event, uniting 32 teams to compete throughout the United States from Saturday, June 14 to Sunday, July 13, 2025, as teams aspire to become the first-ever champions of this premier club competition in global football.
“The schedules for the 32 teams have been established, and we now have the precise times and locations, among 12 top-tier stadiums, for the 48 thrilling group stage matches. Along with an additional 15 matches in the knockout phase, this fixture list comprises 63 dates that every football enthusiast should mark — whether they reside in the US, are traveling from other countries to support their teams in these beautiful cities, or watching live and for free from anywhere in the world via DAZN and FIFA+,” stated FIFA President Gianni Infantino.
“This fixture list is more than just an exciting lineup of matches featuring the greatest clubs worldwide — it illustrates that club football can, and will be, genuinely global. Let’s take it to the world.”
After the highly awaited draw revealing the eight groups, the historic Pasadena venue is scheduled to host games on June 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, and 25, showcasing prestigious teams such as Paris Saint-Germain, Atlético de Madrid, Botafogo, CF Monterrey, CA River Plate, FC Internazionale Milano, and Urawa Red Diamonds.
The tournament will commence with a singular opening match at Miami’s 65,500-seat Hard Rock Stadium on June 14, 2025, where the host nation’s representative Inter Miami CF will compete against Al Ahly FC. MetLife Stadium in New York New Jersey will not only witness the lifting of the new FIFA Club World Cup Trophy on July 13, but will also host two semi-finals and one quarter-final match.
Ticket sales for all 48 group stage matches will start on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 10 a.m. exclusively via FIFA.com/tickets, where supporters can now register their interest in securing tickets.
The tournament timetable reflects the results of the draw and considers sporting and player-centric factors, local and traveling fan accommodations, as well as global broadcasting needs. The finalized fixture list guarantees a minimum three-day rest period between matches while optimizing travel logistics.
Twelve venues, six being Major League Soccer stadiums, will welcome 32 of the top clubs from around the globe as they vie for the FIFA Club World Cup title, incorporating five FIFA World Cup 26 venues alongside seven more world-class stadiums throughout the US.
