Still winter in these parts — no January thaw anywhere in sight and the mountain has even continued to receive a bit of snow here and there.
There haven’t been any storms to wax ecstatic over, but every little bit helps. Working vestiges of untracked snow along the edges of the trails in the middle of the day while snow is drifting down gently is good for one’s spirits and your scribe has been feeling quite upbeat lately.
