FARGO —Scheels is giving the Fargo pickleball community a chance to improve their game or try out new equipment at its first pickleball demo.The event on Tuesday, Jan. 28, at the Fargo Parks Sports Center, provides a dedicated space for pickleball enthusiasts to test products and enjoy the sport. Scheels staff expressed excitement over the strong turnout."I think it's really, really cool to see how people embrace the sport of pickleball. We embrace that active, healthy lifestyle. It's a Tuesday afternoon, and here we've got about 75 people right out of the gate, ready to try out pickleball," said Caryn Olson, marketing leader for Scheels.The demo event will run until 8 p.m. Those interested in attending can register at the Fargo Parks Sports Center.
