Now 26, Seminaris is 1-1 this season with a 1.47 ERA in four starts. He’s struck out 21 batters in 18.1 innings. He was drafted in the fifth round of the 2020 draft by the Los Angeles Angels and has spent parts of five seasons in the minor leagues. He’s reached as high as Triple-A in the Milwaukee Brewers organization (one appearance in 2023).
He is not ranked in the M’s Top-30 prospects, per MLB Pipeline.
Seminaris signed with the Mariners back in January and Joe Doyle of Overslot had this to say on social media about him:
The Seattle Mariners have signed LHP Adam Seminaris to a minor league deal with an invite to spring training. Seminaris is a changeup/breaking ball specialist and relies on command. He works to induce soft contact. Seminaris was a fifth round pick by the Angels in 2020.

The Mariners are lacking for depth at the upper minors and with the injuries to Logan Gilbert and George Kirby, there’s no telling how many additional arms they could need to call on. Jhonathan Diaz is at Triple-A Tacoma, but perhaps Seminaris could get a call if he keeps performing well.
Seattle is 16-12 on the season and will resume its schedule on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Angels. First pitch from T-Mobile Park is 6:40 p.m. PT.

Hamilton College’s Keira Rogan ’28 (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Schuylerville Central School) earned 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field All-America honors on Tuesday, May 27 when the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released the complete list.
Athletes of USTFCCCA-member institutions who finished in the top eight of their respective individual events or as part of a relay at the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships were first team all-Americans. Those who finished ninth through 16th individually or ninth through 12th as part of a relay made the second team.
Rogan collected a first team award after she took third place out of 12 athletes in the final of the women’s 3,000-meter steeplechase at SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio, on May 23. She eclipsed her own team record by more than three seconds with a time of 10:24.46.
This was Rogan’s third all-America honor in her first year with the Continentals. She also made the first team for finishing fifth in the 3,000-meter run at the NCAA indoor championships, and she was a cross country all-American after ending up in 15th place out of 290 runners at the 2024 NCAA championships.
Rogan is the first Hamilton all-American in women’s outdoor track & field since Maggie Hanson ’02 finished in fifth place in the 10,000-meter run at the 2002 NCAA championships.

Lednicky joins a star-studded group of 14 athletes to represent the United States in Brazil for the first round of pool play for the Volleyball Nations League. The team traveling to Rio will play four matches versus Italy, Brazil, Czech Republic and South Korea.
“The past few weeks training in the USA gym has been such an amazing learning experience for me,” Lednicky said. “I am so blessed to be chosen for week one of VNL and can’t wait to represent the U.S. on an international stage for the first time.”
This will be Lednicky’s first time representing the Red, White and Blue at an international competition, and she is the first Aggie since Stacy Sykora in 2011 to compete for the U.S. Senior National Team.
“I couldn’t be prouder of Logan for being named to the U.S. Women’s National Team’s VNL roster,” head coach Jamie Morrison said. “Having spent time on the international stage, I know how special and formative that experience can be. Logan has earned this opportunity through relentless hard work, humility and an unwavering competitive spirit. Now the rest of the world gets to see what we’ve known at Texas A&M—she’s ready for this moment.”
Lednicky is coming off an outstanding junior campaign, as she was named an AVCA Second Team All-American and guided the team to its first NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 berth since 2019. She capped off the year with the second-highest kills per set total (4.47) and third-highest kill total (492) in a single season in A&M history during the rally-scoring era. The Sugar Land, Texas, native recorded 20+ kills in eight matches last season, including three straight in the Maroon & White’s three NCAA Tournament fixtures, a feat only two athletes in the tournament accomplished.
Volleyball Nations League is the world’s premier annual international indoor volleyball tournament. The top 16 teams in the world play four matches a week for three weeks of preliminary competition. The top eight teams at the end of the preliminaries will go to the final round.
