Beauregard had three football players make first team in Calib Piner, ZJ Grady and Aundray Vann.
The Beauregard Hornets had eight football players honored as first- or second-team members or honorable mentions on the All-Area Offensive and Defensive Team for large schools.
Meanwhile the Hornets’ volleyball team had five players featured on the All-Area Volleyball Team.
A star on the court for the Hornets, Kam Torbert earned first-team All-Area honors in her junior season. She did a little bit of everything, recording 368 assists, 192 digs and 152 kills in a great season.
Three other Beauregard football players made All-Area as honorable mentions as quarterback Cub Jones, linebacker Tre Stone and defensive back Cam Bowen got nods.
