Texas A&M quarterback Marcel Reed is taking name, image, and likeness to new heights … literally, with his recent partnership with ENG Aviation Group. Although they are known for providing top-tier private jet charters, ENG Aviation Group also provides organ transplant transportation. Reed will have access to ENG Aviation Group’s private jets while also serving as a brand ambassador for the company, spreading awareness about the importance of organ donation, according to On3. Reed is scheduled to visit a hospital in Houston this summer to connect with organ donors, recipients, and their families, lending support.
Reed joins University of Miami transfer quarterback Carson Beck as the only active college quarterback with a NIL deal with a private jet company. In the 2024 college football season, Texas’ Quinn Ewers and Ole Miss’ Jaxson Dart signed NIL deals with Aviation companies.
Reed expressed his excitement about the opportunity to collaborate with ENG Aviation Group.
“It’s an honor to work with a local Texas company that’s doing something so important—helping save lives through organ donation,” Reed said. “Their mission to save lives is something I wanted to join in on, and for us, this isn’t just a sponsorship—it’s a chance to make a real difference together, and I’m all in.”
ENG Aviation Group’s president, Steve Hofmann, spoke glowingly about Reed’s mindset and approach to playing quarterback, identifying commonalities between the signal caller and ENG’s mission.
“Marcel is a standout athlete whose determination, discipline, and leadership reflect the very values we live by at ENG—earned, never given,” Hofmann said. “Just as Marcel earned the trust of his coaches to lead on the field, we work every day to earn the trust of our clients by delivering world-class service and mission-critical flights.”
Reed threw for 1,864 passing yards and 15 touchdowns last season. He led the Aggies to an 8-4 record and will be integral in Texas A&M’s quest for an SEC title and a College Football Playoff birth in the 2025 season.
