Three Big Questions about Boston College football (Post Camp Edition)
Boston College football is now on to game week as they prepare for the season opener on Saturday against Fordham. As we wrap up our camp coverage we have looked at the standouts, the stock risers and more. Today, where are we still concerned? What are the big questions still hovering over Boston College heading into the regular season. Here are some of the places we are still concerned.
Still seem thin in some areas
This was something Bill O’Brien even addressed later in camp, as his defensive line was roughed up for a few weeks with players missing practices. There are certainly positions that look robust in terms of depth: the secondary, wide receivers, and running backs. But there are still a few spots where you look at it and it looks clear that if an injury or two occurs they are going to really be digging deep on the depth chart, probably with players with little experience. The tight end is one that you may be surprised I put on here, but look at the depth.
