The NASCAR Cup Series begins the first of two race weekends at Talladega Superspeedway with qualifying for the Jack Link’s 500 on April 26.

Given that Talladega is a pack-racing track, there will be no Cup Series practice ahead of qualifying on Saturday morning.

The Jack Link’s 500 will take place on April 27, and the spring Talladega race is annually one of the most intense races of the season.

Here is what you need to know about NASCAR Cup qualifying at Talladega.

  • Qualifying time: 9:30 a.m. CT Saturday (No practice)
