Topeka Dillons store hosts NASCAR driver ahead of races at Kansas Speedway

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Race fans had a chance to meet NASCAR driver Chris Buescher in Topeka Friday afternoon.
The Dillons-sponsored racer met fans at the North Topeka store ahead of the Spring NASCAR Weekend at the Kansas Speedway. Buescher stood in for pictures and autographs on everything from shirts and tires to front bumpers while revving up for some big competition at the track.
“I love this race track,” Buescher said. “It’s a very unique mile and a half, it’s aged really well. It gives us a lot of options as drivers, which really is all you can ask for, right? It has come into its own over the last several years and created some really great racing.“
