The Wiley University men’s and women’s track and field teams will compete in five meets culminating with the 2025 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Indoor Track and Field National Championship, the teams announced.“I think this is a competitive schedule and will help prepare us for the outdoor season in the spring,” head coach Christopher McConnell said.This is the third consecutive year and fourth in the last five that the Wildcats have competed in indoor meets. The 2025 schedule is the most the program has competed in. Wiley opens at Samford University’s Invitational on Jan. 17 and 18. It will follow with the FasTrak Athletix Indoor Collegiate Challenge hosted by the University of Houston on Jan. 25 and Feb. 8. The 2025 NAIA National Championship is Feb. 27-March 1 at the Alachua County Sports & Events Center at Celebration Pointe in Gainesville, Fla.Last year, Ronald Garrett qualified for the NAIA National Championship in the 60-meter hurdles and Meeyesha Tutt-Moutouo advanced in the long jump.
