Fairfax, VA – La Salle men’s and women’s track & field completed its racing in the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships over the weekend, concluding the meet Sunday afternoon at George Mason Stadium. Overall, the men finished 11th with 18 points, and the women had 26 points to finish 13th.

HOW THEY FINISHED (DAY 1):
- Day 1 started with the 1500-meter preliminaries. In the men’s version of the race, Callum Murray, Ricky Lee, and Chanel Muir placed fourth, fifth, and seventh respectively to qualify for the finals.
- In the women’s 100-meter prelims, Nevaeh Davis placed sixth overall and won her heat to qualify for the final. Her time of 11.94 set a new program record and was her first 100-meter dash with a time under 12 seconds.
- Soleil Morrison’s time of 24.05 also was a program record in the women’s 200-meter dash, as it placed her third overall in the prelims.
- Gillian Lovett got fourth in the 3k steeple finals, finishing in 10:48.59.
- La Salle’s first medal came in the last event of the day. Matt Hill placed third in the 10k with a 30:45.96 performance.
HOW THEY FINISHED (DAY 2):
- The women’s 10k, delayed to Sunday due to lightning Saturday night, led to Helene Usher getting the La Salle women’s team its first medal. She placed second with a time of 35:15.43.
- Callum Murray’s time of 3:50.61 got him fifth in the 1500-meter finals.
- Morrison got a fourth place finish in the 200-meter dash finals, finishing in 24.37.
- Neve Moulai earned a personal best in the women’s 5k, placing fourth and completing the event in 17:05.72.
- MacCallum Rowe got silver in the men’s 5k, competing it in exactly 14:20.
