“Twister” Screening | Tuesday
“We got cows!” Okie Film Night presented by Experience Tulsa returns in July with the made-in-Oklahoma blockbuster “Twister” back on the big screen for one night only on July 1. Starring Helen Hunt, Bill Paxton and Philip Seymour Hoffman, “Twister” kicks off at 7 p.m. and tickets cost only $5. Find more information about the screening at Circle Cinema here.
Drillers’ Opening Night 2.0 | Tuesday
It’s the Drillers Opening Night for the second half of their season! July 1 is also Youth Sports Night at ONEOK Field. This special event allows kids, ages 12 and under, to get in free if they’re wearing a youth sports jersey. Whether it’s baseball, basketball, soccer or t-ball — if they’ve got a jersey on, they’re in for free. More information here.
Inspyral Circus Flow Jam | Wednesday
Inspyral Circus Jam is a community jam open to anyone who is interested in Circus Arts. From juggling to hula hoop to spin poi and dragon staff, plus everything in between, all skill levels are welcome. Extra hoops and juggling balls will be available to practice with for those who don’t have props. Participants can come and go any time between 6:30-8:30 pm. Whether you are a total beginner or a professional performer, all are welcome to come and play for free. More information here.

Sky Gallery kicks off this month with a new artist featured on their walls! Rachel Rector is a fine art film photographer whose work utilizes experimental film, camera-less photography, and historical printmaking techniques to evoke the ethereal, daydream quality of a nostalgic moment in nature. Hosted by River Parks Authority on the banks of the Arkansas River, the 49th annual Independence Day celebration will feature multiple performances by the Monster Energy BMX Team, live music from The Dirt Road Daredevils, Monster Energy DJ’s and Tulsa’s largest and most awe-inspiring fireworks display. The directors of Activate Oklahoma are excited to bring back your favorite ultra race to Tulsa. Midnight Madness includes distances for most everyone – 10.5 miles, 50K and 50 Miles. Check out how metal crushes hunger on July 6! Noise Town is partnering with the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma fight hunger! Three local, young and upcoming metal bands—Holy Practitioner, Garden Ants and Hypnosis—will perform original and cover songs at a special Noise Town concert! All the bands include teenage members who want to make a difference in their community and make name for themselves in the local and statewide music scene. Doors open at 7 p.m. and tickets cost $10.
