STILL AT THE PEAK
Utah State enters the indoor season returning six all-Mountain West performers from last year as the Aggie men placed fourth at the MW Indoor Championships with 94 points and the women finished 10th with 27 points.

The USU men’s distance medley relay team earned all-conference honorees for their 10:07.76 time, taking first place at the MW Indoor Championships, as graduate Brennan Benson, sophomore Landon Bott, and junior Drew Hogan return from that group. Benson, who won the mile with a time of 4:11.48, and Bott, who placed second in the 800 meters with a 1:48.81 time that ranks third in school history, were additionally recognized as all-conference honorees. Senior Kelton Chenworth claimed his second all-conference honors for his second-place finish in the high jump with a mark of 2.06 meters. Junior Logan Hammer, an outdoor All-American, won the pole vault by clearing 5.06 meters, while fellow junior Javin Richards placed third with a mark of 4.96 meters.

Hammer won two Mountain West Men’s Field Athlete of the Week awards last season, while Bott won Mountain West Men’s Track Athlete and Freshman of the Week honors.

LAST YEAR’S MEET
