Volleyball Picked No. 24 in AVCA Preseason Poll
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Dayton volleyball team has been placed No. 24 in the AVCA/TARAFLEX Division I Coaches Preseason Poll, which was released on Monday, Aug. 6. Last season, the Flyers were within the Top 25 for 14 weeks.
Volleyball started last season at No. 22, marking the program’s second time beginning the season ranked for two consecutive seasons.
The Flyers will take on two other members of the Top 25 poll, facing No. 11 Minnesota and No. 23 Utah, and two receiving votes in Marquette and Western Kentucky.
