Volleyball Releases 2025 Schedule – Eastern Illinois University Athletics

First year Eastern Illinois women’s volleyball coach Ryan Millar has released the Panthers schedule for the upcoming 2025 fall season.

The Panthers will play eleven total matches at Gardella Family Court opening with the Blue/White Scrimmage and one exhibition match in August and nine Ohio Valley Conference contests in September through November.

EIU hosts Illinois State on Saturday, August 23 for a home exhibition. The regular season opens on the road with the Panthers traveling to Athens, Ohio for matches with Bucknell (Aug. 30) and Ohio (Aug. 31).

EIU plays in three additional tournaments in the month of September with three of the matches at Southern Illinois (Sept. 6), at Indiana State (Sept. 12), and at Illinois (Sept. 20). This year’s OVC opener will be at home against Lindenwood on Sept. 26 at Gardella Family Court.

Once OVC play starts EIU will host Southeast Missouri (Oct. 17-18), Western Illinois (Oct. 21), UT Martin (Oct.30-31), and Morehead State (Nov. 13-14).

Additional OVC road contests are at Southern Indiana, at Western Illinois, at Little Rock, at Tennessee State, and at Tennessee Tech.

The OVC Tournament will be hosted by the regular season champion with the opening matches on November 23.
