The Wisconsin volleyball team faces a big test Wednesday, Nov. 19. But at least the Badgers will be facing it at home.

The 10th-ranked Badgers take on 11th-ranked Purdue at the UW Field House in Madison. The winner will hold second place in the Big Ten Conference alone — both teams are 13-3 in conference play, trailing No. 1 Nebraska, which is 16-0. Wisconsin is 20-4 overall; Purdue is 22-4.

It’s also an important match for both teams’ RPI rankings — Purdue is 10th and Wisconsin is 12th. In the NCAA Tournament, which starts Dec. 4, the top 16 teams will get to host first- and second-round matches.
