► The Broncos have a win-and-in situation, so Bo Nix and Courtland Sutton are locked in this week. It’s the final week of fantasy football rankings for 2024. Sad face. Whether you play in Week 18 for realsies or funsies, this is it. The end. Since I’m not doing a waiver column this week, I dropped in a few names throughout the game notes who might be startable — like Ameer Abdullah, can you believe it? I’m going to miss you all, but hey, don’t forget I have a ton of offseason content — early ranks, look-back evaluations, NFL draft rookie profiles/ranks, and more!
► If the Giants were as smart as the Patriots, they too wouldn’t risk another win, but as it stands, Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Malik Nabers are safe in your lineups.► As expected, Raheem Blackshear led over Mike Boone in Week 17, but it matters not, as Boone saw a bit more passing game work, which renders both useless. In the passing game, though, Xavier Legette returned and stepped right back into the No. 2 role with nine targets, despite Jalen Coker seeing six more routes.
► Brandin Cooks led the Cowboys — by far — in TmTGT% at 27.6, with Jake Ferguson’s five targets checking in second at 17.2. Cooks is worthy of WR3/4 value in Week 18.
FUN WITH RANKS
► Tua Tagovailoa sounds doubtful already. Tyreek Hill needs to stay in lineups, but you might have better options than De’Von Achane. I’m sorry if you played him in Week 17. The talent is so great, but yes, Tyler Huntley once again sabotaged his value. Achane is an RB2 with Huntley.► Start all of your Buccaneers. Period.Advertisement► With the No. 1 pick theirs to lose, the Patriots already said they’re considering benching starters, so Drake Maye… and Hunter Henry… are options you’ll be without — fortunately, not a ton of value here anyway.► Jim Harbaugh is being vague — shocker — so J.K. Dobbins is worth an RB2 play, but know that he might barely see the field if the Chargers rest a bunch.► The Jaguars might rest less-than-100% players, but expect Brian Thomas Jr. to finish strong, and Tank Bigsby could get extra run, as Travis Etienne has been less than 100% for most of the year.► Don’t be surprised if the Seahawks sit Zach Charbonnet, and even others, which means Kenny McIntosh is next up and an RB3.9. Elf — Creepiest one for the win.► Brock Purdy is likely out with his injury in Week 18. The 49ers could rest George Kittle and a few others, but Jauan Jennings and now Ricky Pearsall are startable — as long as they play.► If Trey McBride plays, you can argue he’s the only viable Cardinals option this week.► With Mason Rudolph and Will Levis getting looks in Week 18, Calvin Ridley is the only reliable option. That includes Tony Pollard being a major risk, missing Week 17, and with Tyjae Spears likely out.As I have in past years, and because a lot of people aren’t reading this, I’m going to rank the thumbnails from my guest spots with Pat Mayo. Feel free to comment on the coolest — or most horrifying — one for you.► If Jerome Ford can play, he’s an RB2 — the volume would be worth the gamble against the Ravens defense. If not, I wouldn’t risk picking up and using D’Onta Foreman or Pierre Strong.► The Bears are playing “all healthy veterans,” which is as vague as it gets. I’m treating D’Andre Swift and DJ Moore the same as always, but Keenan Allen is a risk — they could say he’s not 100% and get more run for Rome Odunze heading into 2025.► The Packers could play everyone with the hopes of taking the sixth seed if the Commanders lose. Even so, Josh Jacobs is dicey given his injuries this year, and it wouldn’t be surprising if the starters didn’t play the entire game.► Ameer Abdullah is a Top 10 running back for the fantasy playoffs, which is something I never expected to type. So is this next part… I’d play him over the risk of Dobbins leaving early and several other situations. Abdullah is a potential RB1, and Jakobi Meyers and Brock Bowers are locks.10. Hall & Oates — Almost put this higher because it made me laugh the most.► Drake London had 37.1 TmTGT% against the Commanders, his second-highest mark of the season. London had a 30.8% mark in Michael Penix’s first start. The two-game sample for Penix points to London being the only trustworthy Falcons receiver.🚨 HEADS UP 🚨5. Thor — I don’t think I can pull off Thor, but the pic makes me think it’s plausible.6. Superman — Love some Superman, but just like the movies, something isn’t quite right.

WEEK 18 FANTASY FOOTBALL RANKINGS
Ranks will be fluid — likely changing A LOT — as more news of resting players/injuries comes through the week.
► With Kendre Miller likely sidelined, Clyde Edwards-Helaire goes from, “Did you know he was on the Saints?” to, “Man, I might need CEH as a Flex RB in Week 18.”
There is no perfect widget out there, sadly, still. I know many view this on your phone, but 1) use the rankings widget on a PC/laptop/etc. if possible or 2) open in your phone’s browser, especially for Android users, to get the scrolling to work (or Android people can try a two-finger scroll).
ECR = “Expert” Consensus Ranking (which isn’t updated by everyone consistently, so take with a grain of salt).
Updated regularly, so check up to lineups locking.
