WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – William & Mary Athletics will host a watch party inside Kaplan Arena for the women’s basketball team’s NCAA First Round game on Saturday night against Texas.
Doors will open at 9:15 p.m. ahead of the Tribe’s projected 9:45 p.m. tip time on ESPN2. Like W&M home athletics events, the clear bag policy is in effect. Parking for the event at Kaplan Arena is FREE on a first-come, first-served basis.
Concession stands will be open and a limited menu. There will be FREE pizza for students, while supplies last, and 300 W&M women’s basketball championship t-shirts will be handed out at the door.
The William & Mary Alumni Association will also host a number of watch parties throughout the country. Fans are invited to cheer on the Tribe with fellow W&M alumni, family, and friends at watch parties from 9:30-12 p.m. on Saturday night in Richmond, Boston, South Hampton Roads, New York, and Washington, D.C.
