Global Esports head coach Preston “Juv3nile” Dornon has been suspended for 12 months and will be required to complete an executive training focused on conduct, respect, and professionalism, as per Riot Games.
SOUTH KOREA – Global Esports head coach Preston “Juv3nile” Dornon has been suspended from all Riot-sanctioned events, including the VCT Pacific circuit, for 12 months following violations of the Riot Games Esports Global Code of Conduct.
In addition to the suspension, Riot Games has mandated that Juv3nile complete an executive training program focused on conduct, respect, and professionalism. As a result, Global Esports will no longer be able to include him as part of their active coaching roster.
The American coach was signed by Global Esports for the 2025 VCT Pacific season after a successful stint with Leviatán, where he helped the team win the VCT Americas Stage 2 title and secure a third-place finish at VALORANT Champions Seoul.

Speculation began circulating in March regarding inappropriate direct messages allegedly tied to violations of Riot’s Code of Conduct, particularly concerning harassment. However, this still remains speculative, as the official detailed reason behind the ruling has yet to be confirmed by Riot. As of now, Riot Games has not released the full details of the ruling.
Around the same time, Juv3nile was noticeably cut from a piece of VCT Pacific content without any official explanation—something that many now believe could be connected to Riot’s recent decision.
In the meantime, Global Esports assistant coach Donnie “Elevated” Chell has published a statement of his own regarding the ruling:
“I am confident in the team we have built at Global Esports and look forward to seeing what this great group of guys can accomplish in the rest of the season.
As for Juv3nile, it’s a very unfortunate situation where one person’s poor decisions have impacted many other people. I don’t think he is a bad person deep down, but it’s our responsibility as coaches to set a good example for the young people we lead; inside and outside the game.
I hope that you will lend your support to our players as we work to make a run towards Toronto and Paris.”

“Riot Games was recently made aware of potential breaches of the Riot Games Esports Global Code of Conduct (“Global Code of Conduct”) involving Preston “Juv3nile” Dornon and has conducted an investigation into the matter.
After careful consideration of the matter, Juv3nile will be suspended from all Riot-sanctioned esports competitions for 12 months starting today, 4 April 2025 and will be required to complete an executive training focused on conduct, respect, and professionalism. A detailed competitive ruling will be published in the Rulings section at competitiveops.riotgames.com in due course.
Esports professionals in our affiliated teams play an important role in representing our sport to the community, so we hold our players and coaches to a high professional standard both on and off the stage. In particular, coaches and any individuals in positions of authority within the Riot Games Esports ecosystem, may be held to a higher standard of conduct given their influence in fostering and maintaining a positive environment. The event brought together stakeholders from around the world to discuss and exchange knowledge on effective drowning prevention initiatives, including World Aquatics’ Discover Water programme, which takes a collaborative approach by working with Member Federations to deliver interventions.
There was an introduction from the World Health Organization which emphasised the importance of drowning prevention, highlighting some of the key findings of the first-ever Global Status Report on Drowning Prevention, released in December 2024.
The report found there were more than 300,000 fatalities from drowning in 2021, predominantly impacting children and young people, and low and middle-income countries.

Representatives from Bangladesh and Ireland, whose governments championed UN General Assembly and World Health Assembly resolutions on drowning prevention, also attended and shared their insights.
World Aquatics Director of Development and Athlete Services Morgane Gaultier attended the event and expressed the organisation’s commitment to playing its part in promoting water safety around the world.
“This was a valuable opportunity to connect with stakeholders from around the world who share World Aquatics’ belief that all young children should be equipped with the physical literacy skills to reduce the risk of drowning and enable them safely enjoy aquatics sports,” Gaultier said.
“Despite progress that has been made, it is clear from the Global Status Report there is still much work to be done on drowning prevention.
“World Aquatics is uniquely positioned to promote water safety by working closely with our Member Federations, and we are determined to build on the early successes of the Discover Water programme to reach more young people around the world”
The Discover Water programme was launched ahead of the Olympic Games in Paris on 25 July 2024, coinciding with World Drowning Prevention Day. It offers a range of educational tools to enable young children from around the world to safely embrace aquatics sports and learn vital skills in an engaging manner.
World Aquatics recently held a highly successful training course for Discover Water Country Leads across Africa in Malawi, with three-time open water swimming world champion Leonie Beck joining representatives from 15 countries.

World Drowning Prevention Day on 25 July was established by the United Nations in 2021, and this year’s event falls during the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore, where a series of activities will be organised by World Aquatics to mark the occasion.

Another week has come and gone and we’re still awaiting the reveal of EA Sports College Football 26. EA promised to lift the curtain on this year’s college football game this month, and it looks like they are waiting until the last possible moment.
We’re still not exactly sure what the reveal for EA Sports College Football 26 will entail, but we can almost guarantee it will include the official cover unveiling. Just a few months ago, behind the scenes photos from the cover shoot were leaked online, seemingly confirming that the covers of this year’s game will feature a combination of football stars — both past and present — as well as head coaches.
Sources confirmed that Michigan quarterback Bryce Underwood, Florida quarterback DJ Lagway, LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier, Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, Alabama wide receiver Ryan Williams, Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State safety Caleb Downs, Arizona State quarterback Sam Leavitt and South Carolina EDGE Dylan Stewart were among the athletes present for the cover photo shoot. There were also reports that the cover will feature head coaches, including Ohio State’s Ryan Day, Georgia’s Kirby Smart, Penn State’s James Franklin, Ole Miss’ Lane Kiffin, Oregon’s Dan Lanning and Arizona State’s Kenny Dillingham.
In addition to current players and coaches, former players such as Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson and Florida quarterback Tim Tebow were in attendance, suggesting they could be on a version of the cover as well.
EA Sports College Football 26 is already available for pre-order with three Editions confirmed: the Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, and MVP Edition. All three versions have placeholder cover art for now, but we now have a better indication of what will be seen.
Over on Instagram, Christopher “Florida Gator Man” Hobby (@christopher_hobbzilla) has been sharing leaked behind the scenes photos from the EA Sports College Football 26 cover shooter. The first image features the trio of (from left to right) Alabama wide receiver Ryan Williams, Florida quarterback DJ Lagway, Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith. Lasty year’s game also featured three prominent college athletes — Quinn Ewers (Texas), Travis Hunter (Colorado), and Donovan Edwards (Michigan) — so it’s not unreasonable to expect EA will follow with a similar design this year. That would mean the leaked cover with all of the players and coaches could serve as the Deluxe Edition. A second photo shows Lagway posin with former Gators quarterback and Heisman winner Tim Tebow, though this doesn’t look like a specific cover photo, just more of a behind the scenes shot.
With the official reveal of EA Sports College Football 26 presumably just days away, anticipation is building. Aside from the photos, there haven’t been a ton of leaks regarding the game, so we’re eager to get official details from EA in terms of new features, modes, and improvements.
EA Sports College Football 26 is scheduled to launch on Xbox and PlayStation on July 10th with a 3-day Early Acess period beginning July 7th for those who purchase the Deluxe Edition of the game, which is only available for the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.

Purdue Fort Wayne joined a line of schools dropping sports because of budget cuts and the looming era of revenue sharing with athletes, announcing Friday it would discontinue its baseball and softball programs immediately.
The university announced $6 million in budget cuts Thursday, and discontinuing the two sports will save about $1 million.
The Mastadons are members of the Horizon League and Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and will sponsor 14 Division I sports.
“This is one of the saddest days in my 25 years as a Mastodon,” athletic director Kelley Hartley Hutton said. “We know this news will upset our student-athletes, alumni and fans. It was not made lightly, and we are committed to supporting those affected through this transition.”
Harley Hutton said budget challenges across the university, in combination with changes in the NCAA model, led to a re-evaluation of the athletic program.

KUCHING: Sarawak’s aquatic hopes are riding high as 18 athletes from the Power Aquatics Swimming Club (PASC) dive into national competition at the Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) Aquatic Championship 2025.
The event is taking place at the MBJB Aquatic Centre, Larkin Arena, Johor Bahru, from May 24 to 28.
The group includes 11 swimmers and seven water polo players from PASC, making up a significant portion of Sarawak’s aquatic contingent at this national-level school championship.
The water polo lineup is composed entirely of PASC athletes: Bryan Lee Ming Yik, Jeremiah Luk Kah, Jon Marcus Ling Kwong Cheng, Ong Zong Lian, Presley Phang Yi Qi, Samuel Chong Yue Yang, and Tay Kee Ren.
In the swimming events, Sarawak will be represented by PASC’s Arshabel Chong Jiin Sii, Bernard Tan Yi Song, Caitlyn Yeo Xuan, Chereen Ngo Yirui, Elisha Lee Ern, Eva Chai Ching Yi, Hansel Narang Tan Zhihan, Jonas Chai He Xuan, Larissa Yii Ya Xuan, Rhian Tang Hui Xin, and Sheamus Chew Heng Yi.
PASC advisor and water polo team coach Voon Yong Hui told the Sarawak Tribune yesterday that while there are no fixed expectations this year due to the team’s composition, the focus is on growth and experience.
“This year, most of our swimmers are in different age groups, and more than half of the water polo team are new players.
“I hope they can deliver strong performances or at least gain valuable experience for future competitions,” he said.
The MSSM Aquatic Championship serves as an important platform for young athletes to showcase their talents and test themselves against the best from across Malaysia.
With rising young talents stepping up to the national stage, PASC continues to be a vital force in Sarawak’s aquatic development.
